Asrin Utong
Coordinator of Program & Operation
Experienced in non-governmental organization (NGO) involving human right issues, especially statehood in Sabah for more than 8 years and more than 4 years experience as a field analyst and Programme Executive (Sabah Chapter) with IMAN Research on security issues, migrants, refugees, undocumented and socio-political in Sabah. He is also involved in many research series involving democracy, freedom, youth and violent extremism (PVE). Besides, as a part-time writer on portals, journals and magazine for policitical issues, social criticism, community and occasionally poetry. He is also founded a book and art community in Kelantan and Sabah and volunteered for several organizations related to politics and youth.
Wadzkir Abdul Hamid
Project and Development Leader
Previous experience involved in construction projects since 2017 and held the position of Assistant Project Manager of a company. Graduated a Bachelor of Political Science at Open Universiti Malaysia (OUM). Working closely with the refugee community and coastal migrant workers in the east coast of Sabah in the context of social relations. Project analyst and Development is a Pivotal component to ensure the deliverables of the outcome could benefit the targeted population. 4 Years of community empowerment and participation had made the organization more enthusiast to mitigate high risk among the key population of stateless community in Sabah.
Randy Kevin
Communication Leader
Experienced in volunteer work and activism since 2018. Graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Development Management. He has been active in athletics and football since 2013 to 2020. Representing university, state, national and international sports. Now he is closely involved in developing research and field analysis for mapping vulnerable, stateless and refugee communities in terms of development, advocacy and socioeconomics in Sandakan Sabah.
Lia Ellyana Hirmanshahrin
Admin Executive
A graduate from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) who is committed to community empowerment and educational rights. Been in this non-government organization since 2021. She has previously been involved in fieldwork along with the organization as well as be a part of community programme and research.
Norleha Taupik
Creative Executive
The experience as a volunteer in this non-government organization for more than 3 years. Besides, is also the man of action of arts and culture events in Sandakan, Sabah. Produce alternative artworks such as fanzines and co-founder of the Street Book movement in Sandakan, Sabah.

Skills Executive
Has extensive experience in sewing and business skills and she is an instructor from Qarl Iman Company.
